Decent units, especially the townhome-style units. However, don't be fooled by advertisements. The floors are not concrete. If they are, it's got to be some type of new super-thin concrete because all you hear all day and night is the pounding of people walking. It's excessive and loud. Also, bugs (spiders, mosquitos mostly) all over the place. I understand that Nashville has a lot of green space, but maybe spray for bugs here and there. If you like paper-thin walls and stomping out bugs round the clock, move here. They got it in spades. We now have ticks. Lots of ticks. And spiders. Lots of spiders. We have so many ticks. So many.
