This place is a complete joke. Overpriced, a ton of hidden fees, and nothing but inconvenience across the board. The parking is atrocious not due to the placement of the spaces but due to the management continuing to add rules and fees for something as simple as parking your vehicle or having a friend over as they will now have to park at the leasing office at the very far edge of the complex and hope that there is one in a very limited pool of spaces open. Hope they like a good workout because there is nothing but steep hills and limited sidewalks all the way. Oh and you must have a guest parking pass if they intend to stay overnight that you will have to have them place on their vehicle and don't lose that or it's another hundred dollars out of your pocket. You want a package delivered to your door? Well too bad because for a hundred dollars a year you get a package locker that all of your packages will be stored in unless its a large box in which case it will be tossed in the floor of the mail room and then you have to carry it up to your apartment yourself as they don't allow deliveries to your door apparently. Oh and did I mention that there is a keypad next to the mail room door however it apparently doesn't work as it was always open whenever I came by to pick up a package. Speaking of not working the gate system in this "gated community" is down most of the time so there is something else you are paying for and not getting. But hey the apartments have "Smart Home" functionality which you can unlock your door, no keys at all, and you can change the thermostat with your smart phone and that's about it because that's a must have feature. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere as. I will be counting the days until my lease is over with anticipation.
