Had multiple employees staying here...this place is only there to scam you. If you're desperate enough and HAVE to live there, be sure to take photos of your apartment before you move in and after you move out. They will send you a bill for things you "damaged" or "lost" that were never there to begin with. They let you move in with subpar carpet and flooring and then charge you for the replacement. They're even petty enough to charge you for little things like shower plugs that were never in the apartment to begin with, but apparently have to be there at the time of move out. They sent 4 of our employees a $900 bill at move out to cover "damages" like these. Fortunately we advised our employees to document everything and our lawyers will be handling the bogus charges. We'll keep everyone posted on how it turns out.
