I would strongly discourage anyone from living here. We submitted several maintenance requests for a hole in our ceiling along with black mold in the bathroom and were never sent any sort of response. We also sent emails to the community manager about the issue and never received any response. The hole was in our ceiling for four months and was still present when we moved out. The ONLY good thing was that we were not charged for the damage. We ended up having to take care of the black mold issue on our own. We also were charged for damage to the apartment that was noted in our move in inspection. Since the community switched management companies halfway through our time there, those records were magically "lost" and we were required to pay for the damages. Terrible experience all around.
