Wouldn't recommend this apartment or any Aimco establishment to my worst enemy!!! The management is non-existent, 3 managers in the 2 years we lived here. They literally do nothing & are quick to blame anyone but themselves as a company. The hidden fees here are ridiculous, had I not had 6 months of contact with corporate over rodents in walls & ceiling (and threatened to call the health department for neglect) we would've been charged over $1400 upon move out, of a clean & well taken care of apartment. You are forced to pay for parking that isn't guaranteed and a trash service that only comes a few days a week, when they want. They advertise "recycling" and a "tennis court", but do not offer either. No dog facility but are expected to pay a deposit and $40 every month (fought with every manager & corporate just to get more waste post put in which took 2 full years). 50+ work orders in the 2 years we lived here including rodents in walls (squirrels & raccoons that would scream & keep us up for over 5 months) (I did fight for compensation because of my hours of phone calls to corporate & lack of sleep for the almost 6 months it took to get taken care of by an exterminator & did receive a small amount thankfully), a wasp issue that took 2 months to take care of even though I explained that my husband was highly allergic, dog post bags never restocked & was told I needed to put in a service request, trash service rarely runs * is simply taken to the dumpster at the front of the complex, a security gate that only worked the first few months we lived here, yet we are required to pay for a magnetic key for this & pool use, etc. Luxer lockers are utilized to stop from burglaries, however I had more items stolen from the locker room than my packages sitting outside...and twice the office had my items and never contacted me even though they removed them..forcing Fedex to replace, only to find out they were in office. $2,000 a month for a townhome with SO many issues was a rip off, we couldn't wait to leave after all the issues in our final 6 months. I wouldn't recommend Hillmeade or 865 Bellevue to my worst enemy. Call corporate for any issue and stay on top of your needs, don't waste your time with any management or staff member. Be aware of $500+ electric bills in winter also. I fought for insulation under all units as there was none (they finally upgraded this and ac units, just in time for us to move out & summer to hit).
