DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The management is non-existent. They literally do nothing. Our neighbor ran a woodworking business out of his garage (i.e. we heard power tools at all hours). We complained to management several times, but nothing was done about this. It always took months for anything to get repaired (we usually just ended up doing repairs ourselves). The hidden fees here are ridiculous. You are forced to pay for parking that isn't guaranteed and a trash service that only comes a few days a week. They advertise "recycling" and a "tennis court", but do not offer either. The work out area is always disgusting and hot (it was 80 degrees at one point). You can never get a hold of anyone at the leasing office even if it is an emergency. After moving out, we were charged an extra $320 after our $300 deposit was taken. My husband and I are so relieved to not be living at such a terrible place anymore.
