Parking is limited- plus you have to pay $40 per spot, which doesn't stop people from taking your spot anyway. The gate has been broken ever since I moved in. The walls are paper thin. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. The walls are so poor insulated. My electric bill for the past 3 months has been $350. Management sucks. The dryer is my unit is old and disgusting. I have to deep-clean vacuum it everytime I use it. Honestly- the entire complex needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. Absolutely garbage apartments. Thank you, next.
