Grounds and facilities are nice, but the condition of the apartment, as well as maintenance, on move-in left something to be desired. 3 months in, my experience so far hasn't been stellar, but hasn't been bad either. Good value, but it's better to have some overlap if possible to make sure the apartment is actually ready for move in. Solidly average, 3-star experience.
