Worst parking at an apartment we've ever had. No attempts to improve parking by management, who simply threatens to tow you if you park in an absurdly overpriced parking spot of which are massively limited. Zero community outreach, only communication coming from the management are regarding issues, no promotional events or attempts to cultivate a better living experience. No compensation when things like power or water go out. There is an electric gate that never works, and when it does it is a neusance - being slower than the hour hand of eternity or just being a general eye sore. The apartment itself is spacious enough and affordable, if you are okay with the outdated units. Seriously though, the biggest issue is the parking.
