This place is not managed well at all. The townhome I live in is falling apart. The stairs have nails that are sticking out, and carpet on the stairs is coming off, the entire kitchen wall is leaning in on itself, and there is no insulation at all. Our heating will was $400 during the winter and our home wasn't even warm. The water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to even fill a bath and the closet doors for the washer and dryer were falling off upon moving in, which they then did fall off completely. We have had "repairs" for service requests, and they have all been temporary fixes. There are burn marks on the washer/dryer outlet, which isn't safe at all! The TV turns on and off when you use the kitchen lights as well. There are really only two good things about this place, the size of the homes and the pools. They still don't have both pools open though. Only the smaller one in front. This place looks great when you drive into it, but as soon as you get past the front leasing office, the true care that management has for this place shows. I understand that managing a property as large as this is difficult, but this place just doesn't seem to care about it's tenants. There are all kinds of fees, old AC units just left outside, and the Valet Trash we HAVE to pay for doesn't even come half the time. Long story short, don't live here. It's just not worth the money.
