Aimco implemented a new package delivery system mid-lease that meant in place of having packages delivered to my door as I had been doing for three years, I had to cart them all by hand from the storage facility to my apartment. I have a lot of packages delivered. Bad deal for me, worse deal for disabled folks. If you prefer not to have your living conditions changed in the middle of a lease, exercise caution.
