Do not sign a lease for this place. When I first moved here I was blinded by the newly renovated kitchen and the property manager saying they were going to build a dog park soon. The property manager does not respond to emails, at all! It's frustrating. You pay for monthly pest control and then have no access to having someone come and spray when needed. The screens on my porch were replaced with the wrong size screen. There is about a inch gap between the wall and the screen. My porch is now covered in dead lady bugs. The guy who installed them knew they were the wrong size but installed them anyway. That was over 6 months ago and the problem still has not been fixed. Maintance will park directly in front of your building blocking your assigned parking spot so you can not park in your spot. Had an issue with my smoke detectors so they removed them completely, it took a week for them to replace them. So, I did not have smoke detectors in my apartment. They always find ridiculous ways to make you pay more money each month.
