The rates are way too high for the living experience here, there were centipedes, spiders, and ants even after we sprayed for bugs twice. The gate didn't work 3/4 of the time I lived there, the pool is always dirty and crowded during the summer, the grounds are infested with geese, and the hiking trails are not even a mile long. We were unable to have guests over after 9 because the walls are paper-thin and most of our neighbors were elderly, and because the walls are so thin, our electric bill tripled during winter. The management told us that we wouldn't have to worry about paying extra when we moved out because they were renovating, but we still made the apartment spotless, and they still charged us. The location is also terrible, it takes 45 mins with very little traffic to get inside the city, and there are only 2 non- fast food restaurants in the area. Bottom line, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
