We've lived here for almost a year and are near the end of our lease and can't wait to move. The buildings are quite old and infested with bugs. I've had to request pest control frequently and yet the spiders, centipedes and silver fish continue to appear not just in the outer area but all through the apartment. The maintenance team does respond quite quickly however the leasing office is a pain to work with. They've barely responded since the lease was signed and I've resorted to speaking to the manager directly. Once while they were painting the upstairs apartment (with no warning) the fumes infested our apartment and the staff's response was "what do you want me to do about it?" There is evidence of mold on our clothes and once on the wall which the maintenance team fixed. The valet trash system ($20/mo) is a rip off as almost once a week they forget to collect trash and the racoons end up digging into it. Overall, it has not been a pleasant experience as we thought it would be based on the outer appearance.
