Management is very unprofessional and disrespectful when it comes to dealing with their tenants. On site management has a terrible attitude when dealing with the people who put a paycheck in their pocket. Upon terminating my lease early for military deployment, they still continued to charge me an early termination fee of several months rent even when it is illegal to do so. There were also fraudulent charges placed on my move out bill in regards to "keys" I returned to the office. They will nickel and dime you on the way out the door for things that aren't even broken. There are plenty of other places in Nashville with comparable prices to rent from who will treat you as a tenant as you would want to be treated. The maintenance team is the only redeeming quality about living at Hillmeade Apartments.
