If I could give this apartment 0 stars, I would. This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived at. Here's several reasons why: 1.) The maintenance staff are slow to respond and often inefficient and ineffective in their work. 2.) I had maintenance come out 3 different times to try to fix my AC unit and was told each time that it was "fixed" but yet my electric bill more than doubled for those 3 months. 3.) Then, when I moved out I was charged ridiculous amount for "damages", most of which were present when I moved in, and did not get my security deposit back because of those excessive charges. On top of that, I was told that my apartment was likely going to be renovated after I moved out anyways, so there is really no need to charge me for any "damages" when they are about to tear the place apart. 4.) I was charged regularly for "pest control" yet I still had raccoons in my attic at least 3 different times, ants came in through the window frame in my kitchen and no one came to spray for that for 4 days, and there were constantly house centipedes all over my bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. 5.) Also, one of the many times they sent out maintenance to my apartment was for a leak in the roof that had come through my bathroom roof. I had placed a trash can under the leak to collect water. Maintenance came the next day while I was at work and when I came home the roof appeared to be fixed but my trash can was missing. Come to find out about a month later when maintenance went in my attic for one of many raccoon issues, they found the trash can in the attic collecting water from the actual roof...it was full of water by this time and if it had been knocked over by the raccoons I would've had major flooding in my bathroom. I still didn't get the trash can returned to me after that so it may still be up there. 6.) The leasing office almost never answers the phone when you call. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone from management when needed. I could list more issues with this place but I think that about covers the major issues. You couldn't pay me to live at this place again. It's also hilarious to me that on their website they show they have 4.5 out of 5 stars on their reviews. I couldn't even find a way to write a review for their website. But read all of the their recent reviews on google and the perception is much clearer (and much different than they portray on their own website)!
