This is by far the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. Do not be fooled by the greenery - this place is run horribly and the management and maintenance staff are the epitome of incompetence. The manager couldn't recognize customer service if it hit her in the face and is down right rude and confrontational about every issue you may have as a resident. You will be better off fixing things in the apartment yourself than involving the "maintenance" staff who will either not fix the problem, do a half baked job or just not show up at all. For example, it took them 8 weeks to fix leaking windows in the middle of winter and then they refused to compensate me for the massively high heating costs over that time period. The utilities are "communal" , specifically water and sewage, so if you are willing to pay upwards of $100 a month in sewer fees, don't move in here. Not to mention the $200+ heating costs no matter what the apartment size is. The residents here are very friendly but that's the only good thing about this apartment complex.
