I wish I can rate it with no stars! Worst experience ever and we can't wait till our one year lease ends. The management and front desk staff are horrible. Have called and never received a call back. Have emailed the manager and same thing. All they want is your money which is definitely not worth it. I rather give my money to a community who works with their residents. So I had posted this comment about a month ago. The result, it took me emailing the manager about 3 times, asking if I needed to email someone else to take care of the issue. Finally she did what was right and took care of it. But here we are, another example why this community just wants the residents money and doesn't work with them to make it their home. I am sitting here with my 5 month old son at 620 pm and all we have been hearing since the morning was them renovating the apartment above us. I understand it's what they have to do and it's a way for them to make more money, but let's be courteous of the residents you have, who are paying you money still. Again, I wish we never have moved here; ongoing issues since July 2015
