My wife, 4 kids, and I enjoyed our year long stay in this complex. However, upon leaving, our termination paperwork was lost twice, incorrect dates were placed on documents, we were sent 2 incorrect bills and after everything was resolved...our account was still sent to collection when everything was paid. Avoid the hassle. The campus is sufficient but administratively, both Hillmeade and their parent company AIMCO are organizationally incompetent.
