If I could leave this complex less than a one star review, I would. I had attempted to tour this property and had a horrible experience. The AI assistant chat, but they use is very ineffective. At first, it scheduled me for a tour, and then the next day it reached out to me telling me that tour time was no longer available. From there, it's rescheduled me for a tour later that afternoon. When I arrived, so one was there and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Finally, I realized they were closed on Monday. The AI Assistant scheduled me on a tour for a day/time that the leasing office was closed! The only person who I was able to get ahold of in the 3 days since (despite reaching out to the property on multiple platforms) was an individual in the accounting department. She was very friendly, and even sent an email to the property on my behalf. Yet, the property has had zero follow up! Clearly this is NOT a place you want to live. I can't imagine how poor their organization, communication, and service recovery is for a resident if this is how they treat a potential resident. My advice to the property - treat potential residents better, and do better.
