Charged 300$ for a cleaning fee and $300 for a repainting fee on top of that. I've never been charged so many fees on move out before. I never nail any holes on the walls, but they cited minor scuffs as a basis to repaint the entire apartment. Also water/electric/sewer was like $300/month while living there, which I thought was surprisingly high.
