First off, I must say that the maintenance staff is great. They are hardworking people and will do their best to solve your issues (with some rare exceptions). The front office is where the issues lie. Michelle and Cherie could care less about you as soon as that lease is signed. Beware of this, as they will provide a great experience up until you sign the lease after which they know they have you locked in. If you drive an EV, good luck getting a dedicated charging spot. I've been living at this building since August and as of writing this review in January, have not been able to get access to a dedicated EV charging spot (which they charge $200+/month for), and remain on the waiting list. The 4 shared EV chargers are also shared with the disabled parking spots, which are occupied 90% of the time without using the chargers. When touring they will promise that EV charging is never an issue and that they are always available (completely false). They also mention that the next door parking garage has chargers if needed. This is also completely false. While the next door garage at 400 Middlefield has chargers, the only way to access the garage is if you are an employee for the county offices next door. Aside from this issue, the garage doors have broken down 4 times in my time here, heating on all the units on my floor went out, and I've had numerous re-occuring issues with appliances, flooring, and poor insulation/seals. If you read through other reviews, you can also expect to have issues at move out regarding deposits, which I have not personally experienced yet, but does not surprise me.
