2 stars is simply for the office staff, they do their best. The water constantly shuts off for 1-3 days (with no explanation, just apologies), parking is a nightmare (even though we pay $20/month for the pass!!) and maintenance is a joke. Also, way overpriced for the location. Can't wait for the lease to be over.
