I had lived here for more than 3 years. For my last year of stay, I was on a month to month lease. The check out was very confusing. It asks for at least two months of notice for moving out even for month to month contract. The automatic system for the check out date was not synchronized with the system. I ended up getting charged for extra month after I moved out and checked out. My rent with fees was about $3000 a month for a one bedroom apartment. I was told the sauna was under construction, but I had never seen it open. It was a scam, just like the lease.
