Ugh. Utterly distasteful. Felt like money-grubbing at every turn. Upcharge for this, that and the other thing. Old property called "new" (newest additions were built in 2014, 10 years ago) with nothing spectacular to justify the high rates. Even the application fee is high ($60 per person) AND if you change your mind after sending your deposit ($1500) more than 24 hours after submitting it, you FORFEIT the whole $1500!! What kinda greedy nonsense is that??!! No way I would do business with those people. Plenty more options out there with people who charge a fair rate and don't seize every opportunity to add on. You've been warned.
