Do not live here. Read the Google reviews and listen to what residents are saying. You will pay for everything--there are dozens of random fees like common area lighting I've never paid for at any other complex I've lived in. The apartment has a mice infestation that has never been addressed and led to one resident we know terminating their lease. The mice didn't make it up to our apartment, but they run through the common areas at night. The walls are thin--you can hear everything--the finishings are cheap, and maintenance is negligent. We discovered a sinking wall in our unit due to A/C leakage that could have been avoided with an air filter replacement, which was months overdue. Worst of all, they will find every way to run up your bill when you move out so that they can avoid returning your security deposit and continue making a profit off of you so that AIRCO can brag to its investors about rising revenues from tenants. Look at their website. You will not be dealt with in good faith here--they count on disgruntled residents being too busy to leave reviews or worrying about being seen making public complaints. Look at all the likes each negative review has versus the positive reviews. The bones of the apartment are nice, but you can get the same thing across the street at Riverloft or elsewhere in the city. The location isn't worth the headache. I've never felt compelled to write a review for any apartment I've ever lived in--our experience here was so bad that I felt I ought to warn others.
