The past year and half of living here has been awful. We have dealt with unmitigated mice infestations, flooding, and incompetent staff. The management continues to ignore our feedback and requests for remedies. Would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. UPDATE: In Oct 2024 management approached several tenants asking them to edit/remove their negative reviews of Locust on the Park because it was reflecting poorly on their job performance. This is another perfect example of the mismanagement of Locust on the Park. Reiterating that I would never recommend someone choosing to make Locust on the Park their home.
