I've been at Locust on the Park for almost two years. The location is amazing, but unfortunately the management and amenities are not. They claim we have a "24 hour concierge" but they only have someone on site from 10:00pm-4:00am which has resulted in multiple lost packages and makes it impossible to talk to someone about questions unless you text the site manager. Multiple gym equipment are broken, making it dangerous (or impossible) to use. It's not uncommon to find dog poop in some of the hallways. Renovated units are cheaply made (four of our cupboards have ripped off the hinges... I'm 125 lbs and not aggressive when opening them). The lights in units are somehow connected to units above, beside, or below, so sometimes when you turn on a fan light it actually turns on your neighbors and vice versa. There are no handicapped buttons for any of the doors, making it not disability friends for anyone who uses a wheelchair, crutches etc. They claim this is a "luxury property" but there's almost nothing luxurious about it (though, the location really is a win).
