in the year that I have lived here, my ceiling has leaked twice, they waited to repair my ceiling after the second time it leaked, my dishwasher stops working multiple times, my kitchen sink has leaked also twice, and the carbon monoxide or fire alarm beeps every time I get out of the shower. only reason I didn't give one star is because maintenance is on top of it when there are issues. especially Igor. Igor is the best!
