BIG CORPORATE GREED. The only thing this complex cares about other than its appearance from the outside is making sure they nickel and dime their residents at any cost. Unfortunately they will always win. Super friendly during the tour and super friendly moving you in. Once they have you locked in good luck feeling apart of a community. I feel like a prisoner here trying to deal with AIMCO. Wouldn't you think they would respond to their residents in a timely manner? Well unfortunately that's not the case. It takes a harsh email to the community manager or a yelp review to get them to respond to you. Then they respond on yelp, stretching the truth when addressing your concerns and they use good communication skills to try to deceive their future residents. Skip the BS call back your residents and quit trying to screw over hard working people that want to live in a beautiful area.
