This place sucks. I just moved here from Boston,MA and this place has made me HATE California so much. You pay for EVERYTHING, even repairs. Nothing is included. They don't pay for absolutely nothing even though you get a shitty apartment for the price you pay. Oh and that refrigerator that is included, be prepared to maintain it yourself along with everything else. I've had to put in multiple maintenance request for this place since we moved in 6 months ago for things that should've been taken care of before move-in and I'm being charged all the time. I am BAFFLED on how this place is run, they make it look so nice on the outside, but the things within the apartments is just sad and disgusting. You shouldn't charge people over $3000 for a 2 bedroom apartment and not take care of the ACTUAL apartments. Stop worrying about the outside and put some care into the apartments. Painting over things is not the answer. Absolutely ridiculous.
