I agree with all the the pros and cons that has been stated on yelp. While I enjoy living in my unit, its location and amenities I can't say the same about management and the lease renewal process. Few things for potential leasee -If you choose to rent, pay attention to all the emails, deadlines and payments you made when signing the lease -Parking does not come with your unit, even if you have a 2 bedroom -Only internet options are Spectrum and AT&T -People often have their pets off leash and does not pick up after their pets -Unless you use the gym during the day & at odd hours it's usually packed -Management will email and text consistently 4 months before your lease ends to remind you to renew. Someone even came to our unit at 9pm on a Saturday night to post a reminder to renewal. -You have to give notice to vacate at least 60 days before your lease ends -They will not negotiate the renewal amount even if you show them their own ads with exact units in your building for the same or a lessor amount than what you're paying Good thing there are plenty of other luxury apartments around.
