Horrible, money grubbing corporation. I put down a deposit on 4/30 for a move in of 6/19. By 5/6 I was fed up with the company. I received 3 versions of a lease, none of which had any of the right information. Wrong lease term, wrong lease amount, even without my name on one! I finally told them to forget it. I lost any good faith and asked for my deposit back. Allyson Oyone, the manager whom I'd never spoken to, refused after I requested that my representative, Tatiana Hartounian, please request that my deposit be returned. The manager Said they sent the lease within 72 hours which meant my $1000 is no longer refundable and they fulfilled their obligation... regardless of whether it was accurate or not so now it is non refundable... 50 days before I was to move in!?! No longer refundable!? So I sent all the proof and correspondence to my bank and disputed the charge. My bank agreed with me. Soooo, I got my $1000 back through a bank dispute. Cut to 6/17: I receive a "closing move out invoice" for $25 which I should pay through my residential portal. I don't have a residential portal! I never moved in! I told them I wasn't moving in on 5/6/2021. I called the corporation in Denver who sent the invoice and was told it is for insufficient funds and will go on my rental report if I don't pay it! Can you believe this!? From a place I've never lived in! How can I pay through a portal I don't have access to!?! And during COVID?! This company is just horrible! I will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. If they have done this to you too, please contact me ASAP!
