Nothing has been done to alleviate our move out terms After 10 years I am sad to say that I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you really want to know what goes on at this community look no further than the hot tub. Every time management was brought up in our 10 years there were stories of horror ringing out. Money hungry, not taking care of tenants, enforcing ridiculous rule changes, charging erroneous fees (late fees when you are not even late), to running a scheme to have people write positive reviews on yelp by stating they would enter a raffle for a gift card. You may ask why 10 years then? My children grew up in the Calabasas school system and waited until both of them graduated (which was finally this month). We were model tenants without incidents, paid rent every month on time but that wasn't enough for them as they still try to nickle and dime every ounce out of you by lying to your face then acting stupid later. You can not believe a word anyone says to you. I have been told countless things by management which turns out to be 100% lies later. Things like adding parking spaces, terms of your lease, updates around the property, telling you that you are no responsible for wear and tear on a closet door then charge you for it down the line. Hot tubs are infested as they hire incompetent people to clean them and Amanda Begin (site manager) is as stone cold as they come. Giving you the middle finger through the smile of her teeth. Take my advice and the advice of countless people who have stayed there that we heard at the hot tub. Stay far away!! There is a reason why their yelp page is littered with 1 star reviews. Bad business practices don't make a good stay.
