My car was stolen from my parking space. I am beyond devastated. There is no gates OR cameras so now I've left a police report but we don't have help finding the thief from the apartment! Ridiculous! This is "Calabasas" & "Luxury" NOT Except-able Were paying a high price every month and basically feel No security AT ALL. I also feel very violated and not safe! BEWARE there is people here lurking to take advantage of tenants. I'm not saying tenants themselves. But this apartment is definitely a target. Been driving for over 15 years and never have I had a car stolen! WOW from my own parking space that I pay 20$ A MONTH to park in! Hmmm calculating all the parking fees here from each unit per month per year THEY SURE CAN AFFORD A GATE AND SECURITY CAMERAS. Something MUST change their needs to be gates here and also SECURITY CAMERAS come on now there is SEVEN HUNDRED something units! We have kids here. Where is the security before something worse happens. Physical property is one thing but we are now fearing the worst what is next! Don't let it happen management. Up the security here for the tenants and children's sake. We've lived here almost a year, and today I am sick to my stomach and so bummed out! Furthermore the manager of the apartment just called to ask that we take down the review because it will seriously hurt them!! don't you think it hurts to have our car & property stolen with no answers????? When I address the LACK of SECURITY And that camera should be installed the woman proceeded to tell me "I can't even imagine the MILLIONS AND MILLIONs of dollars it would cost to do that" wow really. To put up a few camera in each parking lot. Someone needs a management class. This is not how you deal with tenants in this type of situation! .... THE NEWSPAPER will be informed next. Very upset here. We're paying the cost for this and management Only cares about reputation! REALLY SAD! It "hurts your reputation" oh but it doesn't hurt you that your tenants are having this type of thing happen to them, newsflash very Selfish mentality
