I have lived here for a year .. the pros: pet friendly , amenities, newly renovated and great location cons: no cellphone service you have to connect to wireless, management is rude and never returns your calls or answers the phone, maintenance never shows up at the appointment time you make and when they do they are always clueless and cannot fix the issue - example they had to fix my AC three times and still have not be able to figure out why my closet light is leaking water. Also maintenance will come and go as they please even if you tell them not to enter you place they don't care and yes they brake/move all your stuff around.
