Ok I didn't end up moving in here but I did learn a lot about the place before deciding to move elsewhere. Positives: First of all the amenities are amazing! The main pool is stunning - like resort style and he gym is one of the nicer ones in the area in comparison to other apartments. Price wise it is almost the exact same price as other apartment complex's in the area however, its a couple hundred sq feet smaller. Basically you have to decide if you want sweet amenities or more apartment space. Negatives: There is NO cell phone service here. NONE. You have to buy a box which has like a 75% chance of working according to Verizon - I imagine its similar with other phone companies. Biggest problem here? The fact that they were unable to refund me my $200 deposit. I literally called six times and was blown off every time. I finally had to call my credit card company and dispute it. 2 weeks later I got my refund but I am POSITIVE I would have never gotten it back if it weren't for my credit card company! THANK YOU DISCOVER! If they can't get a deposit returned successfully I imagine the horror stories with Management are true. USE A CREDIT CARD FOR HOLDING DEPOSITS!!!!
