DO NOT get fooled by the pool and BBQ grills! The front office is horrible, and will LIE about everything!! They tried screwing me big time before I even signed! They wasted so much of my time. If you are dumb enough to want to move here, listen to me, and listen well, PROCEED WITH A LAWYER!!!
