I enjoy living in this complex, except for a few things: 1. new fees keep being added, such as a new fee for a parking spaces. 2. multiple fires in the immediate area, including a fire dept mandated evacuation for one of the fires. 3.Flora B makes renewal of leases and any interaction with her an awful experience. Her offensive remarks and tone were witnessed by my friends, who couldn't believe her behavior..i left a message with the manager, but never heard back. She makes me want to move, My experiences with the rest of management has been good. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family while she is here..
