Honestly, the amenities are nice and the pool is awesome, but their service is awful. My roommate and I are female college students and first time apartment renters and they knew that and screwed us over by not informing us that we had to give them a 60 day notice that we were moving out at the end of our scheduled rent date. So again, without telling us we were forced to pay a late fee of $2,600 and on top of that pay for another months rent even though we had to move out on our scheduled move out date. Paying for a month that we weren't even there for which was another $2,100. Also, even if your apartment is in really good condition by the end of your lease, they will still say that it needs to be repainted which is another $240, which comes out of your deposit. They use they're hidden fees and rules to screw you out of your own money. The worst experience I've ever had by far. I'm a college student for crying out loud, I don't have $3,900 to give you after I've already moved out.
