I lived here for about a year. Like the pool except when management without warning closes for "maintenance". Management poor communication skills including Manuela and due to spanish speaking maintenance personnell communication is always confused. Lots of dogs so lots of poop grass well maintain but with all the dogs who wants to sit on the grass... very poor cell phone unless its sprint. i was told had to pay deposit to get dish after moving in this...ask if kids live next door gets noisy its apartment living...leave your new hi def stereo in storage walls not well insulated. guests find it very difficult to find your location and if they have Verizon forget about it.
