Well I never thought of taking the time to write about something... I had no choice. I travel alot for the company that I work for.. I am at home probably 4 times out of the month. So recently I hase set up to have my bank sent the company my rent payment automatically and for some reason I wrote the last 2 numbers incorrect so the check never got to the management company. I got a notice posted on the 5th day that I was being sued I immediately contacted the management company via e-mail and let the Tiffany -Assistant Manager know what happened (no symphathy) we are not in L.A. where these gettos people try to live off the rent by not paying we are in CAlabasas... I can prove that my bank sent out the check... she did not care I had inccur the legal fees on top of me paying $1660.00 to an uncomfortable living.. I am only there 4 days out of the month my tenants upstairs always stopping on the floor man I can not get any rest... I had to pay $650+ of legal fees on top pf my rent which I paid obviously late on the 13th becuase of this filing. Legal fees, rent, late charge and who know what else they added their. So here comes my rent for January I paid it on the 3rd and today is the fifth just came back in town find the envelope inside my apartment because I did not pay my water bill of $46.00 they are returning my rent back becuase it was not the exact amount. this is some bullshit I feel harrass.... I know I have rights am I so ready to go to work and sue them for harrasment never heard of a management company not accepting the full rent because the water was not included. I tried to read my contract and it does not state that they can reject my rent because the water was not paid at the same time. Little advice for people that travel so much a courtesy call or e-mail will help... I know you have my e-mail on file Mrs. Tiffany.... let's be reasonable here... also please to those tenants above me stop the noise... I have to sleep somewhere else becuase of the noise upstairs... How do I get out of this lease this is not working out for me.. If I have to go and sleep somewhere else.... Building 5
