I recently had an unpleasant experience with the management team at Malibu Canyon Apartments, specifically with manager Luis Rodriguez. Despite multiple mistakes in my account that led to personal expenses for unlawful deductions, Luis Rodriguez showed no intentions of rectifying the situation. The lack of accountability and communication from the management team, especially Luis Rodriguez, was disappointing. I had to deal with unauthorized charges in my third-party account totaling $5,122, and despite reaching out for assistance, no action was taken to resolve the issue. Overall, my experience with Malibu Canyon Apartments was tainted by the unprofessional behavior of the management team, particularly Luis Rodriguez. I would caution others to be wary of engaging with this property due to the lack of accountability and poor customer service exhibited in this incident. Not one email has been answer by the manager regarding this matter and in person he said he will fix the errors however he hasn't done anything to prevent my account to be charged unlawfully.
