Mold infestation.The main office was broken into look on yelp everyone that lived here personal information and ss number where stolen,. they never notified the tenants. The business office harasses you. Even with the rent being 2500.00 The want your friends that visit to be on your lease, they tow visiting people over holidays even after being notified you have a visitor. they have mold, spider that cause allergic reaction. it is a pet property but they don't spray the common areas for fleas. Caused my 4 year old cat to die from having flea infestation in his stomach. A in door cat never had a problem with flee until I moved here lost two pets on 45 days to the pest problems on there grounds.You pay for covered parking but the landscapes blow the dirty onto your car. I have picture where they wood chip trees in front on my car. I had to rub out and cover my car. Then they tell you you should wash you cars. They discriminate against paying tenants. And,. Treat the section 8 people like gold. Where paying there rent. But the paying people get harassed. If you would like more information please feel free to look at yelp. And, I have several tenants that where her for years that moved out because of the constant harassment. they discriminate against Caucasian people. the wash machine tear up your cloths, and take up your money there Jacuzzi are kept at low temperature for children. so basically it is a kiddy pool instead of a Jacuzzi. Do I need to go on? Seriously find a better place. unless you want to live in a communist area. Amico has a class action law suit against for the same problems in Texas. Look it up. I pay my rent but still get harassed I am looking forward to the court date! They got rid of a good manager that got the property up to standards, and hired a unacknowledged one. that has no experience let alone qualifications, nor customer service. Seriously when a manger watch's your house to see whom visit you. And tells you personal friend is not allowed to visit unless there on the lease. then claims it is your partner. is pretty pathetic. UPDATE: 2 days before the court date I so longed for the uneducated crazy manager had to men come to my door. I thought it was UPS because I was waiting for my sons replacement phone. When I open the door I had to unknown man start taking pictures of me. Since one I recognized one as the Crazy managers BF. I asked what do you want and he said to do a property inspection? I told them to do that you have to give 3 days notice. And it is pretty pointless when our court date is in 2 days. . I slammed the door, locked ever bolt on it. About 2 hours later. And, still waiting on the delivery of the cell phone. I answer the door again only to have the crazy uneducated manager start screaming at me. I was like what are you doing? You do realize you are breaking the law! I will see you in court in 2 days. shut the door again in which she proceed to BANG on my door for several mins. Until I threaten to call the police. Long story short, They lost in court. So, if you are looking to rent long term or short. Don't let the gated community give you a false sense of security, or assume the higher rent places you in a better place. I lived out of state and rented it off the internet. I was actually fooled. But those of you that live around here. Open your eyes. I am happy to say my New Flat is great and I cant wait to never step foot in this place again.
