I truly wish there was 0 stars!!!! The pictures I attached were the ones of the apartment I was told I was getting. I was so horrified when I saw my apartment I ran out and wish i had taken pics to show you the comparison!! Do not move there at any price! This place is horrible and will show you an apartment that looks like a model apartment tell you at the apartment you're getting minus a few things such as a different color cabinet and no built in microwave. Thank God I came by 24 hours before I was supposed to move in to take measurements. When I walked into my actual apartment I was shocked and horrified. First of all supposed to pick up my keys Saturday morning at 10 am went to take measurements on Thursday night at 5. There was another person that took me by the palace he was not the same one that rented it to me originally. When we got up to the apartment on Thursday evening even the guy said are you sure that this is the right apartment? We made sure it was the same apartment walked in and to my dismay there was still the last tenant stuff in the apartment outside the apartment the floors were thrashed the cabinetry was 25 years old the hardwood floors look like it has not been replaced in 20 years and all old appliances. When you are charging someone $1800 a month and telling them that their apartment is going to look like those attached and you walk into this you can imagine my horror. I ran so far away from that place and I recommend you do the same the place is a dump and they just think it is okay to do this to people and they will just take it. I had to pay to move twice once into a storage because I had already booked movers and gave my notice and another to move into my awesome new place that from the get go showed me my apartment in which I am paying less and it is about 20,000 times better than Mariners sweat box. Less than 600 sq feet and no air I really feel as though it worked out for the better and I am grateful I stood up for myself. But I have no paid 2x the amount for moving because of their lies. The attached pictures are the apartment they originally showed me so if they do this to you don't believe them and don't sign anything until you see the actual apartment!!!
