I've lived here for over a year, mainly because my wife and I have not had the time to move since we got married last summer. The worst thing that has happened to me was when the apartment above mine flooded while I was out of town- 3 inches of water throughout the apartment. I honestly felt bad for the management because they obviously had no power to make decisions- everything, from reimbursing my electric bill for all of their machines to getting a rent concession for the 2 weeks we could not live in our apartment, were all huge struggles. I have kids climbing on my motorcycle all the time, many children running around with no parents, and groups of kids who just hang out and look like trouble constantly. I will say they are one of the only places in Point Loma who allow large dogs. Overall, I feel like a bunch of monkeys in another state are making decisions for this place. Renters who have been there for years and have been no trouble are paying WAY more than new renters with 10 people living in a 2 bedroom place. Have spoken with multiple people who have had laundry stolen out of the dryer. Dog breed restrictions are OBVIOUSLY not enforced. I would NOT recommend anyone to live here under any circumstances.
