AWFUL!!!!! RUN!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!! AWFULLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely do not have Derreck sign you up! He leaves stuff out and has no idea what he is talking about ! Hilarious ... we were taking care of a friends pet for a week and got charged for having a dog for three months... this is hilarious because our neighbors across the way had about 8 people living in a two bedroom... their worried about pet rent when there are 3 plus generations living next door in a 600 square foot apartment. The manager never returned my phone calls and blew me off for weeks. Lived there for three months and it was the worst place ever !!!!
