just don't move here, you'll complain the whole time. honestly isn't bad but for the price you'll hate it, one of the worst places i've ever lived. DO NOT RENT HERE, walls are paper thin, you have to pay monthly for parking spot yet there's not even a gate to keep them safe so not really sure what the payment is for. you'd think they'd add lights to the parking lot or maybe even a security camera but no. there's always something wrong with the building, the water will be turned off for hours without notice, theft and burglaries all through the parking lot. i could go on forever about how awful it is to live here, if you put in a maintenance request don't expect them to actually fix anything but rather slap a bandaid on it. the pool and hot tub are never working and always disgusting, i think out of the 3 years i lived there i was only ever able to use it twice due to it being out of service. you can definitely get your moneys worth somewhere nicer. mice everywhere and even found one in my toilet that got through the pipes in my bathroom.
