Rating dropped from 4 to 3 stars. Due to the ongoing unresolved issue with one of our toilets I can't in good faith give a complete review of our current situation. What I can say is that when our toilet flooded our bathroom to no fault of our own, Javier was prompt, and worked with speed to stop the flooding and clean up, and that the outside vendor that replaced the baseboards a few days later did a good job. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This review pertains to the resent work order on 9.18.24, overall from the time the issue was reported to completion it was done in a timely manner and I was pleased with that. What I wasn't overly pleased with was that the paint job is uneven and that I had to clean up some minor paint smuges/drops on the bathroom tiles.
