Just another quick update: The second elevator renovations have not been completed in September, as was stated by the representative below. In addition, it feels important to let any potential renters know that this building will not let you know that there is asbestos in the building! We recently received notice about an upcoming project concerning asbestos because they are legally required to notify us, but it's clear this has been going on for a lot longer and is only now coming to a head. Other residents have reported having to have chest X-rays due to persistent coughs as well as management gaslighting them about black mold in their apartments.
